And this month in honor of Valentine’s Day, The Little Chocolate House is offering limited edition truffles in an elegant heart-shaped box.

These organic soft ganache chocolate truffles are infused with Moet & Chandon Champagne and dusted in fine sugar. Only 100 boxes are being produced and they are going fast, so make sure to swing by Watercourse Way and pick one up for your Valentine.

“We do not melt down shop bought chocolate, but have created a recipe all of our own,” Little Chocolate House founder Nisha said. “Using a generous amount of cocoa, cocoa butter and a small amount of sugar. This gives our chocolate a distinct smooth, rich flavor.”

The Little Chocolate House uses all organic ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, to create the freshest truffles around.

“Our unique seasonal flavor combinations are created with just the right balance of sugar and whisked together with cream to create soft ganache truffles,” Nisha said.
