Reservations

Reservations can be made by phone for any of our services by calling (650) 462-2000. You can also book 60-minute personal care services such as Massage or Facials online here.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. SpaFinder and SpaWish gift cards can be used for any service that is not already discounted. We will only accept checks from clients who have a history of five or more visits.

Private Hot Tub rooms, Massage appointments, Facials and Spa Treatments can be reserved in person or by phone with a credit card held confidentially on file. We do not process any payments until you arrive for your service.

While there are sometimes same-day appointments available, we would recommend planning in advance when scheduling with us as we can often be booked fairly far in advance, depending on the service.

Pricing Discounts

Senior Citizens 65+  10% off any service unless already discounted.

Children under 12 are half price for Hot Tub rooms. Children over 12 are full price for Hot Tub rooms. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hours of Operation:

Sunday through Thursday 8 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 8 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.

Cancellation Policies

We require a 24-hour notification to change or cancel a hot tub reservation or massage appointment, 48 hours to change or cancel Couples Massage, Facials or Spa Treatments and 72 hours to change or cancel group bookings (four or more) and spa packages.

If you cancel within this time we will try to fill your appointment with another client, but if we cannot or if you simply do not show up for your scheduled reservation we will charge you half the cost of the missed appointment/service (or the cost for one person if the cancellation is a hot tub room). If you have paid in advance and we are able to fill your appointment then we will put a credit on file for you at Watercourse Way. There are no cash or credit card refunds.

Please note that often 90-minute services can not be changed to 60-minute services once the appointment has been set. If you want to change a 90-minute service to a 60-minute service you may need to cancel your original reservation and reschedule to a different day or time.

Cancellations are only accepted by phone, not by text or email

Important note: If requested, you will receive text or email correspondence confirming your reservation. However, text and/or email confirmations are a courtesy reminder only. Should you not receive text or email confirmation from us, this does not mean you will not be charged a late cancellation fee if you miss your appointment. We ask all clients to please keep a responsible calendar note of your reservation, and should you need to cancel, do so at least 24 hours in advance (depending on service) – regardless of whether or not you have received a text or email confirmation or reminder for your appointment. Not receiving a text or email confirmation from us does not absolve you from late cancellation or no show fees once you make a reservation with us.

Cancellations must be done by phone only. Please do not e-mail or text requesting to cancel your reservation, it will not be accepted.

To cancel a reservation call 650) 462-2000 during regular business hours.

Running late

We always recommend planning your visit accordingly and that you do your best to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your scheduled start time.

If you are running late for your reservation please call us so that we know you are on your way. Although we do our best to make accommodations, we are often not able to extend reservation times when someone is late, and you being late will likely mean a shorter total appointment time.

Also please keep in mind that when you schedule a time (whether it be for a hot tub or massage) you are reserving a specific time slot – as opposed to a specific amount of time. For instance if you schedule a hot tub for a start time of 2 pm for one hour but do not arrive until 2:30 pm, you will only have the room until 3 pm, and you will still be charged for the full reserved hour.

If the reason you are late starting your time is the fault of the business (such as the room not being ready on time, the therapist is running late, etc) we will do everything possible to accommodate your full time. If we cannot accommodate your full time then we may offer to move you to an alternate room or therapist or offer you a prorated discount for your visit.

These signatures are then attached to your customer record and will not have to be signed again.

Here at Watercourse Way, we would like to openly inform you of our policies, as well as the risks and benefits involved with our services. The Release and Waiver outlines the responsibilities we ask of each client and is to be signed by all interested in using our facility. Additionally, if using the hot tubs or receiving a facial treatment, please read over and sign the respective notices to acknowledge receiving the information therein. Parental authorization for children under the age of 18 will need to be completed by a parent or guardian. Failure to adhere to our policies will result in loss of appointment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our system.

Water Quality

In our efforts to provide the cleanest water for our clients, we use an on-site saline generating system which creates the purest form of chlorine from salt, right here at Watercourse Way.

Due to our filtration systems; oils, soaps, lotions or other products can not be added to the hot tub water. We urge all customers to shower thoroughly before getting in the hot tub. If damages occur as a result of products being added to the water, customers may incur a charge.
