We welcome groups and can customize your visit to ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for everyone. Groups of 6 or more with massage, facial or treatment services may receive by request 10% off those services and 15% off hot tub rates if hot tub rooms are also reserved. These special rates can not be combined with other discounts, such as birthday specials or monthly spa specials. Please contact the front desk to schedule a group reservation (groups of more than 7 are encouraged to ask for a manager or shift leader to assist with the reservation). Packages are available for couples or bridal parties. Bridal parties love our “connecting tub rooms” (Eight Stars and Nine Bats) that can accommodate 8-10 people. We welcome groups and will customize your visit to ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for everyone.
We are happy to accommodate orders for gift cards for your employees.
GROUP RESERVATIONS FAQ
• General Information
For groups with 12 or more there will be a security deposit of approximately 40% of the costs charged prior to reservation date. A minimum of one valid credit card must be used in order to hold reservations. The reservation will be cancelled if no credit card information is received five (5) days prior to the scheduled appointments. Changes made to the reservation on the day of the appointment will be charged accordingly. Gratuity is NOT included in the cost of the reservation.
Payment is due the day of appointment. Rates vary based on the amount of people and types of services. The quoted rate is subject to adjustment if there are any changes made to this original booking.
* Please note that the group discount will NOT be applied when using SpaFinder for payment.
If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before using the hot tub rooms. We have handicap-accessible rooms for hot tubs, massage, skin care and spa treatments. Please let us know of any special needs when booking your appointments.
Glass and candles are not permitted in the hot tub rooms. We also ask groups to use their “spa voices” and be mindful of other Watercourse Way guests.
• Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours to change or cancel group bookings. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a charge of half the cost of the missed appointment/service. If you have paid in advance and we are able to fill your appointment then we will put a credit on file for you. There are no cash or credit card refunds.
• Food and Beverage Restrictions
The City of Palo Alto prohibits alcohol on our premises. To ensure the safety of our customers and to remain in compliance with this ordinance, all bags are subject to being inspected. If any customer does not want their bag inspected we reserve the right to refuse service.
