Palo Alto hosts Copper’s Dream Carnival

Special event with games, food and raffle to be held June 18 at Mitchell Park

Copper’s Dream Carnival will be held Sunday, June 18, at Mitchell Park.

Copper’s Dream, the Bay Area-based all-breed dog rescue, will hold its annual reunion this Sunday, June 18, from noon to 3 p.m. at Mitchell Park, 600 East Meadow Drive, Palo Alto. Copper’s Dream Carnival will feature games, food, a raffle, and, of course, dogs. To RSVP for the event, visit the Copper’s Dream website.

Few things in life are as rewarding as rescuing an animal in need, and those looking to add a furry companion to their family can find the right one through Copper’s Dream.

“We love dogs. We love saving them. We love finding them great homes,” the non-profit states on its website.

The website also features an array of useful links, such as resources for dog owners, ways to donate and/or volunteer, and stories about successful adoptions. Copper’s Dream Carnival raffle tickets are $5 each or five for $20. Some of the tantalizing items you could win are a $250 Watercourse Way gift card, two tickets to a San Francisco Giants game, a Google Home device, and a 30-minute photo session with Paws and Play Studio.
