Original artwork from award-winning Sante Fe artist available for purchase through Aug. 31

The stunning oil paintings of award-winning artist Lynn Boggess will return to Santa Fe, New Mexico, at the end of August. The Boggess exhibit featuring his rich and transportive landscapes has been on display at Watercourse Way since early April. You can still buy one of Boggess’ original paintings before they leave California for good on Aug. 31. Purchasers will also receive a private hot tub room and one hour massages for two people, or two spa treatments of choice.

“Lynn Boggess presents an untouched vision of nature that transports the viewer to the reflective and pure environment in which his landscapes are created. By means of plein-air techniques and the use of cement trowels as brushes, an innovative approach to oil paint is realized, resulting in works that are simultaneously dynamic and soothing,” as stated in a press release about the exhibit.

“The landscapes of Lynn Boggess give us a year-round walk in the woods. They provide us with a series of meditations on beauty; they give us an opportunity to consider the importance of Nature to our own experiences. They also contain, in small subtle ways, much of the history of landscape painting.”

The exhibit arrived courtesy of Santa Fe’s celebrated Evoke Contemporary gallery, which is “committed to exhibiting artwork that is provocative and compelling by a wide range of established to emerging American and international contemporary artists,” the gallery’s website states.

The Boggess paintings currently on exhibit will be available for purchase through Aug. 31, so you can bring a striking portrayal of unfiltered nature into your home and receive a private hot tub room and massages for you and a guest as a thank you. A new exhibit will be featured at Watercourse Way in September.
