Morris Animal Foundation
For more than 60 years, Morris Animal Foundation has proactively supported animal health and wellbeing through science. The nonprofit organization, which was launched in 1948 by acclaimed veterinarian Dr. Mark L. Morris Sr., “has invested more than $103 million toward 2,500+ studies that have led to significant breakthroughs in diagnostics, treatments and preventions to benefit animals worldwide.”
The foundation funds scientific studies for cats, dogs, horses and wildlife. These studies have greatly improved the health and quality of life for animals worldwide. Morris Animal Foundation manages about 300 research studies on animal health and welfare at any given time.
