The Washington-based chocolatier that was started by Kathleen Dillon more than 30 years ago produces mouth-watering chocolates and candies. Katie’s Halloween offerings are rich in flavor and playful fun. There are chocolate lollipops, chocolate-dipped cookies, jumbo peanut butter cups and pumpkin spice malt balls, all with Halloween flair.
