From the vast French lavender fields in the Valensole (Valley of the Sun) Plateau, honeybees are hard at work, pollinating the aromatic plants from June to July. Throughout this flowering period, intense beehive activity begins before sunrise and ends after sunset, with hundreds of bees working simultaneously on each lavender plant.
