“Aviary” candles by Mine Design

A cornucopia of candles – from short and tall to soy and wax – can be found at Watercourse Way through December and beyond. Here’s a snapshot at some of the luminous offerings from Los Angeles-based candlemakers Mine Design:

• Olive and Castano: This soy-wax candle sits in hand-blown, hand-cut glass “to create a fine diamond pattern reminiscent of the 1930s.” The artisanal candle is date stamped with triple-blended perfume grade scents. The hand-stamped wood box makes for a gorgeous holiday presentation.
